Winter Greens Wrapped in Prosciutto with Goat Cheese Soufflé & Assorted Mediterranean
Olives with Olive & Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette;
Roasted Filet of Beef Tenderloin
with Mushrooms-of-the-World Confit, Roasted Italian
Eggplant & Sautéed Persian Potatoes with a Three Peppercorn Demi; and
Johnny's Original Tiramisu with Espresso Crème.
