* Corporate Executive Chef Sara Lee Foodservice: Travel the states working with the top chefs creating new menu items with great Sara Lee products. Life gets no better.

 

* Johnny was chosen for the 2008 NCCE Co-op Hall Of Fame: This organization recognizes and acknowledges outstanding cooperative education graduates.

 

* Johnny is now represented by  a new publicist, Scott Poland 2005 graduate of North Texas University, Denton Texas. Scott now resides in Lewisville Texas and is responsible for the day to day bookings of Johnny.

 

* Johnny donates cooking class for 6  in his Corinth home to Denton Public Schools Ground Hog Gala February 3rd 2007 at the University Of North Texas. Class bid is $ 1,900 and the Gala raised $ 215,000 over the 2006 Gala and to date over $ 1 Million.

 

* September 2004 Johnny sign pact to start Johnny’s new cooking show "Break Me off A Piece of That."

 

* August 2006 signs agent  pact to be represented by “R entertainment located in Frisco, Texas. R

 

* June 13, 2006 Celebrity Guest Chef Lake Austin Day Spa

 

* Dallas Voice Story November 2006

 

* Spring 2006 "Break Me off a Piece of That" is picked up through Texas and will go National in late Fall 2006.

 

* June 2005 Johnny signs deal to endorse Clear Springs Seafood’s Boneless Trout. Clear Springs is located in Buhl Idaho.

 

*2001-ongoing: Johnny teaches at Austin's Central Market.

 

* 2003 Johnny joins Manchaca Volunteer Fire department and is stationed at Station 3 home of Engine 503 and Brush Truck 503. His childhood dream becomes a reality.

 

* Johnny Featured in Food Arts Magazine December 2005 for Clear Cut Trout.

 

* August 2006 Johnny Featured in Johnson and Wales Magazine.

 

* June 2003 Johnny featured on cover of Austin Pet Monthly.

 

* May 2004 Johnny featured on Cover of Key Magazine Houston

 

* June 2005 Johnny appears at Book Signing at Houston’s Rice Gourmet Market

 

* Spring 2006 Johnny and Chief Chris Barron of the Manchaca Volunteer Fire department record fire safety cooking show.

 

* June 2000 Johnny places second behind now professional bodybuilder David Henry in the North Texas Bodybuilding Championship.
