                                   What has Johnny been up to?

On-going

* Johnny is currently consulting for restaurants companies, touring the country doing live demos as the celebrity Guest Host, and can be seen in various venues teaching live classes. Stay tune for dates and times.

* 2001-current: Johnny teaches cooking classes at Central Markets across the country.

Past ventures

* Johnny was chosen for the 2008 NCCE Co-op Hall Of Fame. This organization recognizes and acknowledges outstanding cooperative education graduates.
 

 

* Johnny donated a cooking classes for 6 in his Corinth home to Denton Public Schools Ground Hog Gala, February 3, 2007 at the University of North Texas. The winning class bid was $1,900.

* September 2004 - Johnny signed a pact to begin a new cooking show titled "Break Me off A Piece of That."
 


* June 13, 2006 - Celebrity Guest Chef at Lake Austin Day Spa


* November 2006 - Dallas Voice runs a story on Johnny (see Stories About Johnny)

* Spring 2006 - "Break Me off a Piece of That" is picked up through Texas and went national in late Fall 2006. 

* June 2005 -  Johnny signs deal to endorse Clear Springs Seafood’s Boneless Trout. Clear Springs is located in Buhl Idaho.
 

* 2003 - Johnny joins Manchaca Volunteer Fire department and is stationed at Station 3, home of Engine 503 and Brush Truck 503. His childhood dream becomes a reality.
 

* December 2005 - Johnny Featured in "Food Arts Magazine"  for Clear Cut Trout.
 

* August 2006 - Johnny Featured in "Johnson and Wales" Magazine.
