Welcome to my home and I hope you enjoy your day. Today will be a fun day but we do have rules that must be followed at all times to participate in this class.

 

While in my home the following rules will apply to each and every class with no exceptions,

 

• No alcohol is to be consumed while on premise of my home. In addition to protect myself anybody believed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed into my home.
• This class is hands on, if you want to chop along side me you are more than welcome to. Each person assumes there own liability against cutting or burning themselves, if they do choose to work side by side with me.
• All recipes are yours to keep and bring home but can’t be reproduced in any form though you may exchange them with friends. Each student will receive their own apron that they can take home as a gift for attending today’s class.
• Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind as this is supposed to be not only fun but informative. When you leave my home you should be able to duplicate the entire day’s meal in your home for friends and family.
• Any food removed from my home, is with no liability to me, as I can’t ensure how you transport it and if you keep it at the proper temperatures.
• There is to be no smoking at anytime in my home, and smoke breaks if requested may be taken outside.
