Menu for July Tour will feature Summer Tomatoes: 


CENTRAL MARKET TOMATO CLASS   


·         Grilled Filet of Natural Beef Slider with caramelized sweet onions, tomato marmalade and fresh tomato catsup. Served on a mini parker roll  
·         Fresh Spicy Tomato Cocktail served with celery sticks   ·         Chilled Tomato Gazpacho with Poached Vanilla Lobster  ·         Stuffed Shrimp, wrapped in peppered bacon, with crabmeat and smoked cheese, with peppered tomato and onion relish, a stuffed tomato with summer herbs and panko, and sautéed yellow fin potatoes with sweet butter, mushrooms and cracked pepper and onions.
